Tournament Overview
Tournaments are a type of competition on 2ndCourt where players are seeded into brackets and compete in knockout-style matches — just like in professional tennis events.
Seeding Options
When creating a tournament, organizers can choose between several seeding methods:
- 2ndCourt Rankings: Players are seeded automatically based on their Global Ranking. (see this article: Global Rankings on 2ndCourt explained)
- Random Seeding: The system can randomly assign players to the bracket with a single click.
- Manual Seeding: Organizers can manually place each player in the bracket to create a custom setup.

Once the tournament is created, players and organizers can view the entire bracket tree in one clean, visual layout.
