Password Change

We understand that users may forget their password or wish to update it for security reasons. On 2ndCourt, you can easily reset or change your password using one of the two options below.

1. Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link.

Open the email and click “RESET PASSWORD” — this will open a page where you can set your new password.

Click “CONFIRM” to finalize the change.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your password has been successfully updated.

2. Change Password

If you simply want to update your existing password:

1. Open the User Menu → Settings (see User Menu article for details).
2. In Settings, click on “CHANGE PASSWORD”.
3. A pop-up window will appear — enter your current password and then your new password.

Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the update.
