Edit a Court
Venue Owners and Venue Admins can manage their courts directly from the 2ndCourt platform. This includes editing court details, updating availability, or deleting a court entirely.
Courts can also be set to Private — for more details, see the article Public and Private Courts.
Accessing Court Management
To manage your courts:
- Go to User Menu → Venue Owner → Manage Courts.
- You’ll see a list of all courts created under your venue.
From this list, you can:
- Edit a court (explained below)
- Activate/Deactivate a court — If you want to make a court temporarily unavailable without deleting it, simply toggle it to Inactive.
Editing a Court
To edit your court details:
- Click the Pen icon next to the court you wish to modify.
- This will open the Edit Court form.
In this form, you can update:
- Name
- Active Status — Toggle between Active or Inactive to control booking availability.
- Number
- Court Type (Hard, Grass, Clay)
- Indoor setting
- Hourly Rate
- Images
- Description
- Manage Availability — Add, remove, or modify booking hours for the court.

Saving Changes
Once you’ve made your updates, click Save Changes.
Your edits will apply immediately and be visible on your venue page.
Note: Private courts may require approval or invitation to access. Make sure to review your court’s visibility settings before saving.
Tip: You can customize each court’s details and availability independently — perfect for venues that manage multiple courts with different schedules.
